This song is the sound of my broken heart upon hearing the news that my sweet friend, and Eli's godsister, Chanel, had suddenly passed away. Chanel was such a unique, funny, smart, saucy, radiant person. We all miss her dearly. Chanel, being Chanel, needed more than just this song to express my feelings at her departure. She also inspired the joyous reprise at the end of this album to celebrate her light still shining bright wherever she is now....
